Thomas Edison Lapbook

Description

Thomas Edison was an amazing inventor. We celebrate his Birthday, February 11th as National Inventors Day. He is often given credit for being the inventor of the light bulb. That’s not the whole story. Edison made IMPROVEMENTS to versions of the light bulb that already existed and created what we now call the Edison Bulb – or the Incandescent Light Bulb.

This lapbook from Happy Hive Homeschooling sheds some light on Edison’s invention through video as well as informational text. Use the information to create a one-of-a-kind light bulb mini-book, an interactive notebook or a traditional file-folder lapbook.
