Tackle a little measurement with this FREE Measurement Activity designed to help you celebrate Tape Measure day. Tape Measure Day is celebrated on July 14. It contains a worksheet for recording the results of your household measurement quest – including the height of your family in feet and inches. Learning math is practical and fun when it has real-world applications.

There is also a measurement scavenger hunt for kids to complete. The challenge asks them to find things in the house (like a door, the dining room table, a window) and record the measurements.

This resource contains a printable measurement conversion chart for quick reference. Once your learners begin to measure they just might not stop!
