Teachers/Parents/Mentors must set aside time to meet with learners to revisit and problem solve any issues in achieving the goal and to celebrate the accomplishment. I can not stress this enough. I have provided a variety of goal setting worksheets at a variety of levels for use with families, or in the event a teacher changes grade levels. I do not want you to have to purchase anything else or adapt a goal setting worksheet that is not age-appropriate.

Some templates for goal setting are printer-friendly black and white, and some are color but will print fine if needed to be printed in black and white.

Your purchase also includes a link to a GOOGLE slide version of the goal setting worksheets in which I have inserted text boxes over locked images. Nothing on the page moves except the text box and occasionally an interactive element.

 I only added the color goal setting worksheets to the GOOGLE version, so it may “appear” as some worksheets are missing.

The MENTOR WORKSHEETS are at the end of the goal setting worksheet for students at each level, but there is no limit to their use. The Mentor worksheet in the upper level would be completed by the student and at the younger levels together or by the mentor.
