Dough Mats

Sharing is caring!

Celebrate National Play-Doh day on September 16th and help your young learner with fine motor skills with this set of  Dough Mats from Homeschool Holiday. Designed so young learners can use them with their play-doh

(store-bought or homemade) You get alphabet playdough mats and number playdough mats.

I recommend inserting each of the printable playdough mats into a page protector before use. Then they just need a quick wipe with a very damp cloth and can easily be stored in a 3 ring binder between use!

You can also use these playdough mat printables as coloring pages, for finger tracing, or to glue found objects to!

These dough mats make a great center activity, a fun way to introduce or reinforce letter and number formation and they also can provide imaginative play as well as fine motor development.

You also get our tried and true recipe for no-cook playdough! This recipe is GREAT for use with even the youngest of learners. If kept in an airtight container this dough will last up to 6 months!

Homeschool Holiday resources are designed by a credentialed teacher and packed with learning opportunities – after all, our major guiding principle is “everything is learning”. We reference the major academic terms and overarching concepts addressed rather than specific standards. You are the expert in your field and know what standards you need to meet, and how best to accomplish that for your learners. Our goal is to save you time by giving you resources you can use to give your learners a quality education built on strong relationships, accurate academic resources, and enriching experiences.
